I had been working with them for 2 months’ time as an Intern. It is a great pleasure to work with Crew Lounge, Karim, Mimi and other employees are extremely friendly and the working environment here is cozy and comfortable!

Friendly employer and colleague, nice working environment. The company is located near LRT station (Ara Damansara station) and 5 minutes walking distance only, so it is very convenient for those who couldn't drive to the office. Can learn something since you may expose to different type of task during the working period. Sometimes staffs could join the student outdoor activities for free such as Carlsberg Brewery Tour and visit to District 21 for student orientation. Quite fun learning and working experience!

It is a place that best suit for all the internship candidates with friendly environment, kindly management, and decentralized organization Intern are free to contribute their opinion and idea to the changes of the organization, it will be accepted if it is workable.

It has been a privilege to know the existence of this particular academy. They strive to develop and establish the skills that are needed to outperform in the profession. Their vision is to create and innovate the students’ mind sets and communication skills instead of focusing passing on the common theories and ignoring the interpersonal trainings like other academies. They helped to keep track my progress and suggest the ways to improve until I secured my dream job!!!

I have been having 4 months internship with Crew Lounge. Boss and colleagues are kind and friendly to answer the questions and also they will give the best suggestions. Can learn many things in different areas. For example, like if you are in marketing department, you may also touch some graphic design area. Location of the company is easy to access as it is near to LRT. Clean and comfortable environment.

Crew Lounge is an excellent place to work and I have my internship there as a Graphic Designer. The more time I've spend in that place, the more experience I gained. All the people working in Crew Lounge are super nice and friendly because they are willing to guide me and teach me everything that I need. Worked with the team for 2 months and the output was great! The best lesson I’ve learn there is to stop being afraid of what could go wrong and think of what would go right and never stop challenging yourself. Lastly, I would like to thanks Crew Lounge for giving me the opportunity to being a part of the team.

It is my pleasure to work in Crew Lounge as a Marketing interns for 4 months. I’ve learned a lots here especially in the field of Marketing, Recruitment, and Public Relations. I am very thankful to both Karim and Mimi as they are always here to help and support me whenever I faced difficulties and uncertainties. They always give me opportunities to learn something new and guide me to reach another milestone. Besides, the staffs here are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I’ve learnt how to use Photoshop, InDesign and skills that enable me to work under an organization after I work in Crew Lounge and that is amazing as I have learnt something that is different from what I majored. The most important is they value and appreciate the contributions of their employees where it gave me the motivation to contribute more. Therefore, I would highly recommend candidates who are striving for another level of achievement to work in Crew Lounge.

I would like to say I am lucky to be in part of the Crew Lounge team, in which I have gained a lot of skills and experiences that I never have in other places. This place is very loving and acceptable, you are not just a colleague, but they treat you as a family member, educate you a lot of life values. I remember I once had a hard time in completing my job task, and there are Karim and Mimi said to me, "What we can do to become better, how we can make ourselves productive", these are the words that motivates me each and every day. Also, what I like about Crew Lounge is that I am able to broaden my expertise, and go beyond my limits. My internship period is amazing. I am very thankful to Karim and Mimi as I have many chances to learn new skills. Thanks for giving me the opportunities to learn, and I am grateful for the wide exposure about aviation industry.
