He&#8217;d planned to become a geography teacher. Then he started flying as a passenger, over and over, watching the cabin crew instead of the view. It didn&#8217;t work out. Yuhi made a deliberate choice instead. &#8220;<em>I chose to see it as a learning experience rather than a failure, and I used that experience to prepare even harder for my next opportunity.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He already knew the Malaysia Airlines interview was coming before the Emirates result landed. That trust is part of what makes Yuhi&#8217;s story possible in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Yuhi personally, He&#8217;d originally been drawn to the Middle East since he first got interested in aviation. What changed his mind wasn&#8217;t a ranking or a salary comparison, it was learning what the airline actually is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201c\u300c\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u822a\u7a7a\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a73\u3057\u304f\u77e5\u308b\u306b\u3064\u308c\u3001\u305d\u306e\u9577\u3044\u6b74\u53f2\u3001\u9ad8\u3044\u8a55\u5224\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u56fd\u5bb6\u822a\u7a7a\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u8a87\u308a\u306b\u656c\u610f\u3092\u62b1\u304f\u3088\u3046\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u300d\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the offer came, it wasn&#8217;t a consolation prize after Emirates. He went looking for the fastest legitimate route to his goal while still working ground staff shifts in Japan. Yuhi&#8217;s reaction wasn&#8217;t confidence. It was surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;I was honestly surprised. To me, it showed how much Malaysia Airlines trusts Crew Lounge. The fact that they organised an interview session exclusively for Crew Lounge students <\/em><em>\u5b66\u6821\u306e\u8a55\u5224\u3092\u3088\u304f\u8868\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b<\/em><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><em>\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f7c\u306f\u305d\u306e\u4fe1\u983c\u306e\u4e00\u90e8\u3092\u3001Crew Lounge\u306b\u5165\u793e\u3059\u308b\u524d\u306b\u6570\u5e74\u9593\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u822a\u7a7a\u3067\u50cd\u3044\u305f\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30ca\u30fc\u306e\u30ce\u30e9\u306b\u4e0e\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u8a9e\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That trust isn&#8217;t incidental, every Crew Lounge student who reaches an airline interview goes through personal CV preparation and an interview bootcamp with founders Karim and Mimi first, both former recruiters for major international airlines.
